FilteRx 5000™ series - Organic Filter Aids

FilteRx™ 5000 series are organic coagulants that improve the efficiency of multi-media filtration processes to increase the removal of colloidal solids.

  • Effective over a wide pH range
  • No alkalinity adjustment required
  • Polymer-only formulation reduces solid waste disposal requirements

  • Compatible with SpectraGuard™ 250 antiscalant and other phosphonate-based antiscalants

FilteRx 6000™ Series - Organic and inorganic blended filter aids

FilteRx™ 6100 was developed to improve the efficiency of direct filtration processes to increase the removal of colloidal solids and to remove dissolved organics upstream of multi-media filter systems.

  • Effective where polymer-only formulations are not effective
  • Typical dosage requirement is 0.5-5.0 mg/l
  • May be applied in mixed media or clarification systems
  • Effective over a pH range of 5–8
